I turn climate and spatial data into instruments a city can act on

Command the instrument, then question it.

I work across the whole chain, from framing the question to shipping the browser-native tool a team can act on. I model the city, engineer the pipeline, and build the app that puts the argument in someone's hands, so the analysis does not die in a slide deck. The relation between nature and society sits at the centre, and a critical cartographic practice keeps the maps honest about what they leave out.

Environmental scientist by foundation, then two UPC master's spanning sustainability science and architecture, followed by an MSc in Urban Spatial Science with Distinction at The Bartlett, UCL.     Developed a spatial allocation model for Barcelona's home-care service within the Superilles Socials programme, combining service demand, neighbourhood indicators and the superblock grid.

    Find where it happens, and where it is hidden. Location intelligence, maps, the honest coordinate: deciding what earns a place on the map and what gets left off it.

  2. WhyInterrogate

    Ask what the map is doing and whom it serves. The politics folded into every graticule, and the projection that centres one worldview. Rigour aimed at the instrument, not only the terrain.

  3. HowEngineer

    Build the system that makes it real and repeatable. Pipelines, tiles and deployed apps, with spatial infrastructure that can be tested and reused. The critique earns its weight because the same hands ship the code.

Observe the place. Explain the pattern. Decide what follows.

Motion carries one argument only: spatial signals become useful when the sources, interpretation and stopping point remain visible together.

An urban-heat study fusing Landsat thermal imagery, 3D building morphology, street networks and street-level computer vision across six European cities at 30 metre resolution, from my Bartlett MSc thesis: the model tests how much neighbourhood heat variation these sources explain together and where their relationships differ by city.

Every map takes a side. My practice is naming mine.

Walking lets me work at the scale where infrastructure becomes atmosphere, habit and encounter. Routes, narration, sound and situated prompts are used to ask how places are felt, whose orientation becomes normal, and what spatial systems leave outside the frame.

This is not a separate artistic identity. It is how I keep technical decisions accountable to bodies, ecologies and public space.
